For the second year in a row, Twin Bridges Rotary is joining with Sleep in Heavenly Peace (www.shp.org), which has a local chapter based in Mechanicville, to build beds for area children who don’t have one. A major project for Twin Bridges, members join in the actual building of beds which are then supplied to children along with a complete bedding set. This year Twin Bridges is teaming up with Colonie-Guilderland Rotary to build even more. The event will take place July 12.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! You will be working with the Sleep in Heavenly Peace core team, volunteers who will support you at the various build stations. Stations will include sanding, drilling, parts assembly, staining and branding.

There are two shifts needing volunteers: 9:00 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 2:00. A link to a signup sheet will be available soon. This event will take place at Grassland, 892 troy-Schenectady Road, Latham.
