Celebrating the holidays and service

Twin Bridges members came together for a holiday celebration December 9—a good dinner, a gift exchange and good conversation with colleagues and friends—a great way to look to the start of a new calendar year. The Rotary year, however, starts on July 1 so this was also an occasion to reflect on what was accomplished in the first half of the year. That included numerous service projects such as building beds for area kids who don’t have one and then delivering the beds. Supporting area families in need has always been a Twin Bridges priority and this year was no different as we shopped for Christmas presents for area families and made monthly visits to an assisted living facility to support the seniors there. The second half of the year will feature more of the same.
