Cooking up a storm

A chicken and rice casserole was the main dish July 23 as four Twin Bridges members cooked dinner at the Albany Ronald McDonald House for families with children staying at Albany Medical Center Hospital. The four members—Roni Basle, Sandy Rubino, Maria Sorriento and Debbie Spaner-Smith frequently take part in this event which Twin Bridges does several times a year.

Twin Bridges has been a supporter of the Ronald McDonald House for many years. At a stressful time for the families, being relieved of dinner-making is a big plus for the families and a rewarding experience for the volunteer chefs.
